Client Growth: InsiderScore won dozens of new clients in 2020, with key new business wins at hedge funds and asset managers across the Americas and EMEA regions. The company also had a strong year, expanding relationships with several top clients, including some of the world’s largest and most-respected hedge funds.

Robust Product Innovation at InsiderScore: InsiderScore released its proprietary Insider Cessation of Selling analytics, launched new proprietary databases of Insider Pledged Shares and At-The-Market Offerings, and expanded its Buyback Database to include Buyback Plan Suspensions and Buyback Plan Reinstatements during a period of record-setting activity for both events types.

Users also gained new long and short idea generation screens via custom Excel templates for topics like CEO Buying, Insider Rebound Selling, Tax-Loss Selling, and Key Insider Roles and new research into topics such as Unusual Management Equity Awards.

inFilings Added Corporate Transcripts and Press Releases to its Rich Search Capabilities: inFilings users gained significantly more value from the platform’s expanded search and alerting capabilities that included corporate Transcripts and Press Releases alongside the platform’s real-time SEC filing database. Investment analysts using the inFilings platform can now compare multiple SEC filings, transcripts, and corporate news across one or more companies, side-by-side in a single dashboard view. The platform also expanded its core search functionality to allow clients to quickly identify important trends around concepts like “Red Flag Risk Factors”.

Expanded Data Delivery Capabilities: InsiderScore launched updated, comprehensive feeds of its Insider, Buyback, Management Change, and Institutional Holdings datasets in 2020, while inFilings launched an API to facilitate seamless integration of inFilings’ structured SEC Filings data and search features within client applications.
