Sheryl Hawk to Lead Expansion of Group Dedicated to Maximizing Individual, Team, and Enterprise Value for the Firm’s Rapidly Growing Global Asset Manager Client Base
MackeyRMS, a provider of SaaS-based research management software built to give fundamental investment teams an easier way to create and share investment research in real time, today announced the appointment of Sheryl Hawk as VP, Customer Success.

In this role, Hawk will lead the firm’s customer success team and oversee the expansion of its data-driven, client-centric initiatives to maximize the value the firm’s cloud-based research management platform delivers to fundamental investment teams seeking to maintain a complete and real-time view of their firm’s investment research. She will report to the CEO.
Hawk brings to Mackey nearly 25 years of experience working with SaaS companies in business development, sales, consulting, and customer success roles. She joins from Customer Imperative, a customer success consulting firm, where she was a Principal Consultant and board advisor focused on leading the development of scalable customer success strategy and programs at SaaS companies.
Prior to Customer Imperative, Hawk led customer success teams at Agari and Whitehat Security — two SaaS companies focused on corporate and enterprise security — and Conversica, an AI-driven SaaS company focused in improving lead engagement for sales and marketing organizations. In each of those roles, Hawk was integral in helping to improve customer outcomes, grow upsell and renewal rates, and increase net promotor scores(MackeyRMS).
