Each year, Arizent partners with independent research firm Best Companies Group to compile the list. Companies are selected based on surveys inquiring about factors such as workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and the overall employee experience. There were 49 companies included in the 2020 rankings, spanning a wide range of financial services including credit unions, banking and mortgages, insurance, payments and financial advisory.
