Smarsh Names Barry Allen CFO, Promotes Suzanne Rudnitzki to COO

Smarsh, enabling organizations to manage the risk and uncover the value within their electronic communications, today announced the addition of Barry Allen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the promotion of Suzanne Rudnitzki to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Allen and Rudnitzki report directly to Smarsh CEO Brian Cramer.

As CFO, Allen leads Smarsh finance and accounting operations. He previously served as the CFO of Jama Software, a product development software provider based in Portland. At Jama, he successfully led a business model shift from a traditional mid-market perpetual software licensing model to a scalable, high-growth, recurring-revenue SaaS licensing and platform company. Prior to joining Jama, Allen served at advertising and licensing company Corbis, where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer.

Suzanne Rudnitzki joined Smarsh in 2018 as the company’s first Chief People Officer. In her new role, she leads the organization’s Legal and Information Security, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Diversity and Inclusion, and Facilities teams.
