Trulioo Appoints Chief Revenue Officer

Trulioo, the leading global identity verification company, announced that Matt Schatz will join the company as Chief Revenue Officer.

In his new role, Mr. Schatz will report to the CEO and lead Trulioo’s revenue-generating departments to help drive the company’s next phase of hyper-growth.

“We’re thrilled that Matt is joining us in this pivotal role and we look forward to his global enterprise sales leadership that will accelerate growth, expand our strategic partnerships and enhance customer engagement globally,” said Steve Munford, President and CEO of Trulioo.

Prior to joining Trulioo, Mr. Schatz served as Chief Revenue Officer of Cosential where he developed and executed the sales strategy for SMB, Enterprise and Channel segments. Cosential was acquired by Unanet in October 2020.

“I’m excited to collaborate with the Trulioo leadership team to build out strategies and plans that will catalyze revenue growth while helping the company stay on track with its mission of delivering financial inclusion and broadening our services for verifiable digital identities globally,” said Mr. Schatz.

Previously, Mr. Schatz spent six years at WP Engine as SVP Global Sales where he grew the organization to over 150 people and launched sales offices in London and Brisbane. Notably, Mr. Schatz held various global sales leadership positions with Rackspace over the span of 10 years, significantly growing annual revenue to $900M from $3M and overseeing its IPO.
