The cloud-based CCH Axcess™ Client Collaboration solution was named as a finalist in the Best Collaboration Solution category. Launched last year, this new CCH Axcess module saves firms and their clients time when engaging, onboarding, and collaborating throughout the engagement. It provides each side with a frictionless online experience for all communication, from secure source document collection to document organization and storage, to e-signatures. The first release of CCH Axcess Client Collaboration focuses on the 1040 tax return workflow with subsequent releases covering the business return, audit, and general workflows.

Introduced in December, the cloud-based CCH Axcess™ Knowledge Coach solution was named as a finalist in the Best Emerging Solution category and is the first external audit module in the CCH Axcess portfolio. While allowing the auditor to exercise professional judgment, it tailors the audit based on the characteristics of the firm and the specific engagement by directly linking identified risks with audit steps, flowing the information throughout the workpapers where needed, and monitoring the engagement for completeness and compliance. By offering real-time contextual-based diagnostics, notifications, and updates, CCH Axcess Knowledge Coach enables auditors to collaborate online on an engagement and provides them with knowledge-based guidance and tools to deliver a complete, thorough, and compliant audit.
