Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client RJS Trading International, LTD to a Private Investor. The transaction closed November 15, 2021.

Located in Richmond, British Columbia, RJS Trading International (dba Alamode Home) is a home textile wholesaler. The Company generates 100% of revenue from the wholesale of home textile goods including bedding, bath and window goods. The Company does some operations online but sells almost entirely direct to a variety of distributors.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Ted Rattenberry, with support by Sr. Managing Director – Western Region, Lori Galloway closed the transaction. Executive Managing Director and Group Leader, Randy Kamin, established the initial relationship with RJS.
