Bryan Walter, a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in information technology services and business development with a focus on U.S. national security customers, will be joining the company as its first Chief Growth Officer, according to a recent announcement from FireTeam Solutions (“FireTeam” or “the Company”), a leading provider of mission-critical technology services to the U.S. national security community. As Chief Financial Officer, the company is also hiring David Bromberg, a seasoned executive with decades of financial leadership expertise in the information technology industry. A portfolio business of AE Industrial Partners (“AEI”), a U.S.-based private equity firm with a focus on the aerospace, defence & government services, space, power & utility services, and specialty industrial markets, FireTeam merged with Case Consulting in October 2022. In October 2021, AEI, through its AE Industrial Partners Structured Solutions Fund I, made a sizeable investment in FireTeam.

Mr. Walter will be in charge of leading the Company’s strategic growth plans in the national security sectors in his newly created position as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining FireTeam, Mr. Walter worked for Gordian, a company that offers information technology services for construction and facilities management, as Vice President and General Manager of Federal Solutions. Prior to joining Gordian, he held positions as the Growth and Strategy Leader for AFS’ national security business as well as the Go-To-Market Leader for Accenture Federal Services’ (“AFS”) Cloud Strategic Solutions division. With Deloitte Consulting, Altamira Technologies Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton in the past, he also provided support to customers in the government information technology and national security of the United States. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State University with an MS and the College of William & Mary with a BS. Mr. Bromberg worked as the Controller for Panopto, a company that sells video capture software, before he joined FireTeam. He formerly held the position of Controller for a number of tech firms, including Cricket Media, a provider of K–12 education, Resonate, a maker of consumer intelligence–to–activation software, and Delinea, a pioneer in cloud–ready privileged access management systems. Virginia Polytechnic and State University awarded him a BS degree.
