John Walsh Joins Zipari as Chief Technology Officer

Zipari, the first and only consumer experience platform built specifically for the health insurance industry, is pleased to announce that John Walsh has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Walsh is the first CTO at Zipari and assumes responsibility for all technology including Architecture, Core Engineering, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Technology Operations.

Prior to joining Horizon BCBSNJ as VP and Chief Technology Officer in 2015, Walsh served at two other Blue Cross Blue Shield companies, as Vice President and Chief Architect at Excellus BCBS and as Chief Architect and Director of Data and Integration Services at HealthNow New York Inc. Before joining the healthcare industry, Walsh held technology leadership roles in the telecom industry as Chief Technology Officer with Callfinity and in the financial services industry at Fidelity Investments.
