Insurity Names Jonathan Victor as Chief Operating Officer, Driving Growth and Enhancing the Customer Experience

Jonathan Victor’s leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing Insurity’s vision to provide best-in-class solutions that enable insurers to modernize, scale, and achieve strategic business objectives

Insurity, a leading provider of cloud-based software for insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs, today announced that Jonathan Victor has been named Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded role, he will lead critical functions spanning cloud operations, customer success, enterprise security, system integrator operations and professional services, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across Insurity. His appointment reflects Insurity’s commitment to operational excellence and delivering an unparalleled customer experience as the company continues to lead innovation in the P&C insurance industry.

Victor brings decades of experience to the role, including his tenure as Chief Information Officer and EVP of Customer Success at Insurity, where he managed SaaS implementations and led the evolution of the company’s cloud platforms. Under Victor’s leadership, Insurity has grown its cloud footprint to over 400 customers, solidifying its position as the largest cloud-based provider of P&C insurance software, and consistently delivered more than 50 successful cloud migrations and customer go lives annually. These achievements highlight his dedication to operational excellence and delivering measurable value to customers. Joining Insurity through the acquisition of Oceanwide in 2015, Victor previously served as COO at Oceanwide, where he successfully scaled operations and drove customer-centric initiatives. With a background in consulting at Accenture and a degree from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, he has a proven track record of leadership and operational success.

As COO, Victor will lead Insurity’s SI partner network, providing customers with greater flexibility and scale to partner in ways that best suit their business needs. By streamlining operations across the customer journey, from onboarding to cloud migration to post-go-live support, he aims to help customers rapidly realize the return on investment from their software solutions and market initiatives.
