Seasoned financial services executive brings deep expertise to help clients unlock more value from data and accelerate innovation.
ReSource Pro, a leading provider of strategic operations solutions for the insurance industry, announced the appointment of Su-Ting Fu as Senior Vice President, Data Strategy. Reporting to the CEO, Fu will lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise-wide data strategy, advancing data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive innovation and client value.

Fu joins ReSource Pro from Morgan Stanley, where he most recently served as Executive Director in Firm Risk Management. In this role, he led credit risk for wealth management securities-based lending and derivatives products, overseeing more than $100 billion in exposure across hundreds of thousands of wealth management client accounts. He managed global teams spanning New York and Mumbai and played a key role in modernizing risk management frameworks, developing advanced stress testing capabilities, and establishing governance structures to support increasingly complex financial products.
During his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Fu also led risk integration efforts for the firm’s acquisition of E*TRADE, managing a cross-functional team of dozens of professionals to support due diligence, operating model design, and enterprise integration. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across investment banking, trading, corporate treasury, and market liquidity and risk and spent time at BlueMountain Capital Management, where he focused on portfolio optimization, liquidity strategy, and risk modeling.

Fu brings extensive experience building governance frameworks, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, and operating in highly regulated environments. These capabilities will support ReSource Pro’s continued focus on delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for clients.
As SVP, Data Strategy, Fu will partner closely with leaders across technology, operations, and business units to strengthen the company’s data infrastructure, enable advanced analytics, and integrate data more deeply into client-facing solutions and internal decision-making. Fu will play a key role in advancing ReSource Pro’s strategic priorities, including enhancing data governance, accelerating AI adoption, and enabling more intelligent, insight-driven operations across the organization.
