Announcement Coincides with ImpactAssets’ 2025-2026 Impact Report Release
ImpactAssets Capital Partners (IA Capital) is pleased to announce the appointments of Annie Chor Joyce as Managing Director, Head of Client Solutions and Eric Stephenson as Managing Director of Investment Strategies, further expanding its senior leadership team. The appointments coincide with the release of ImpactAssets’ 2025-2026 Impact Report, which reflects the growth of both IA Capital and ImpactAssets. Launched in 2021 to meet growing demand from foundations, family offices, and other institutional investors, IA Capital provides impact investment management and advisory services across public and private markets.

The additions of Joyce and Stephenson strengthen IA Capital’s ability to serve institutional investors, drawing on their track records scaling capital platforms and accelerating investor partnerships.

Joyce comes to IA Capital from Amundi Asset Management, where she served as Managing Director, Head of Responsible Investing & Partnerships for the Americas and as a member of the US Executive and Management Committee. She brings nearly two decades of experience working with institutional investors and mission-driven capital. Prior to her role at Amundi, she led Fixed Income ESG Client Coverage at MSCI. Before that, she held leadership, strategy and client-facing roles at Social Finance, the World Economic Forum, and Barclays Capital. In 2023, Joyce was recognized as one of Pensions & Investments’ Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing. She is a Fulbright Scholar and currently serves on the Investment Committee of Phi Beta Kappa Foundation and on the Executive Committee of the Intentional Endowment Network.
Stephenson joins IA Capital from Pathstone, an investment advisory firm, where he served as Managing Director. Previously, he spent nearly six years at Align Impact, an impact investing advisory firm, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Advisory, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and member of both the Executive and Investment Committees. Earlier in his career, he served as Portfolio Director at the Cordes Foundation, stewarding a fully mission-aligned endowment across public and private markets.
Stephenson holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) and Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Cordes Foundation and on the Investment Committee of Catholic Charities USA.

The Impact Report highlights ImpactAssets’ growth journey to over $5B in AUM. Since its founding, the company has made more than 1,700 private market investments across a full spectrum of impact themes, including climate, economic inclusion and health and wellness. The Impact Report also notes ocean health is emerging as a major impact investing theme, with ImpactAssets clients backing blue carbon, marine conservation, and the $3T ocean economy. Collaborative financing structures and employee/resident ownership models are also gaining traction as ways to pool capital and create pathways for individual and community wealth-building.
Roughly 70% of ImpactAssets’ private investments are based in the U.S., addressing challenges facing American communities, including affordable housing shortages, clean energy gaps, mental health access barriers and more.
