Mortgage and financial technology provider SharperLending is excited to announce the expansion of their sales organization. SharperLending welcomes Joe Ware as the new Vice President of Sales who will play an important leadership role in the expansion of SharperLending’s technology product line. Ware will focus on delivering streamlined social distancing solutions to credit unions and banks to drive loan pipeline efficiency with the company’s Verisite mobile appraisal tools, and improve financial institutions’ residential and commercial real estate appraisal processes as a whole with the Appraisal Firewall platform.

Joe has more than 25 years in the real estate appraisal and settlement services industries. Most recently he served as National Sales Manager for Xome appraisal management technology, driving product strategy and client base expansion. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for SWBC Lending Solutions Division where he led sales and marketing teams and successfully spearheaded the development and launching of a settlement services ordering and management SaaS platform for credit unions, community banks, and mortgage lenders.
He is an experienced leader with a proven track record of instituting organizational focus and business transformation that has had proven results in better connecting lenders with technology departments to increase operational efficiencies, lower costs, and expedite the loan process. Ware’s new role will further distinguish SharperLending’s suite of products as the popular technology choice for banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders.
