Executives Alex Genetti and Jonas Laucys Join Leading B2B Rebate Management Company, Enable

Enable, a modern cloud-based software solution for B2B rebate management, announced two additions to its leadership team. Alex Genetti has been named Head of People, and Jonas Laucys, Vice President of Global Field Operations.

“I firmly believe that this company has a wide-open runway to truly take off in the next couple of years – a great team, a proven cloud product, and a very specific, open market opportunity. I look forward to contributing as much as I can to get us there.”

This announcement comes at a time of rapid growth for Enable. With a recent $45M Series B raise and the opening of its third office location expanding into Toronto, Ontario last month, Enable’s global presence is making its mark.

“Growing our team is a hugely important step as we continue our mission to build a global company,” says Andrew Butt, Co-founder and CEO of Enable. “Today Enable employs over 190 people globally across all three of our offices and the number is growing rapidly. Putting an amazing structure in place to look after everyone, making sure everyone is happy at work, and being developed to our full potential is essential.”

Alex joins Enable from the mental health space, where she was People Operations at Two Chairs. She has extensive experience in managing every facet of the employee lifecycle, including designing and implementing employee onboarding programs, benefits and total compensation management, policy development, payroll management, HRIS configuration and employee relations. Prior to Two Chairs, she held the same role at Scout RFP (acquired by Workday) and Livongo. As Head of People at Enable, she will spearhead all things people-related including development, engagement, benefits, and HR administration matters.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the rocket ship that is Enable,” says Alex Genetti, Head of People. “I’ve been so impressed by the major milestones already hit by the business, as well as the amazing people I’ve had the privilege to meet. I’m looking forward to jumping in and continuing to help Enable be a high performing, great place to work!”

Jonas joins Enable from Workday as part of the acquisition of Scout RFP, where he was responsible for defining GTM strategy while building out solutions consulting, value engineering, customer success, sales operations, and enablement teams. Before joining Scout RFP, Jonas built the global customer support and value selling teams for Dropbox’s enterprise customers, leading up to the company’s IPO in 2018.

Prior to Dropbox, Jonas held numerous roles at SAP and Maersk. In his new role as Vice President of Global Field Operations at Enable, Jonas will manage revenue operations, enablement, solutions consulting, and the customer value program while building a scalable organizational strategy.

“My early interactions with the Enable team made a huge influence on my decision to join the company; the professionalism, customer focus, and sheer determination are hard to find in such high concentrations as they are at Enable,” says Jonas Laucys, Vice President of Global Field Operations at Enable. “I firmly believe that this company has a wide-open runway to truly take off in the next couple of years – a great team, a proven cloud product, and a very specific, open market opportunity. I look forward to contributing as much as I can to get us there.”
