Accenture & Microsoft Assisting Natwest to Upgrade Legacy Architecture

Accenture Agrees to Acquire ARZ in Austria to Expand Banking Platform-as-a-Service Capabilities Across Europe

Natwest is utilizing Accenture and Microsoft integrated platforms to frame a new interactive user engagement system that will reconstitute the existing legacy multi-system infrastructure.

The new platform will revamp and integrate all the contact points along with network branches, customer interaction interface, online and video banking, and grievance channels with the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

Natwest is incorporating a new booking software which will help reduce appointment booking timings by 75% and that would let the Natwest employees do more physical interaction with its customers. The expected rise is around 6,500 meetings and that should be fruitful in the long run for the banking firm.

Natwest’s chief digital information officer, Wendy Redshaw reiterated that the incorporation and adoption of new tools are done so that employees could focus on assisting each customer in every step of their lives. The company visioned, providing every customer with personalized products and support so that they are financially secure.

Accenture’s UK, Managing Director added that the formation of a unified digital platform that integrates all the services under one roof would enhance the overall speed and efficiency of the services that are being offered which would help in encompassing the humane side of banking. With many people struggling with their finances due to a myriad of factors, bank officials should be able to provide the necessary support and these dedicated platforms will help in achieving those goals. Proper management of finances can help people to tackle the issues of increasing fuel bills, increased taxes, and medical bills.
