Apiture Launches AI-Powered User Interface for a Predictive, Personalized Digital Banking Experience

Apiture, a leading provider of digital banking solutions — now part of CSI — announced the release of its new AI-powered user interface (UI). Further enhancing the Apiture Digital Banking Platform, the new UI deepens financial institutions’ relationships with account holders by delivering a predictive, personalized experience across online and mobile channels.

With AI integrated throughout the UI, the new “Ask AI” feature enables account holders to receive real-time guidance and transaction-level insights. By selecting from pre-filled, personalized questions like, “How much have I spent on subscriptions this year?” or entering custom queries, account holders receive instant answers, eliminating the need to manually review or export data externally.

The interface also supports AI-driven marketing, enabling financial institutions to deliver highly relevant, tailored offers based on account holder data. Additionally, business account holders benefit from proactive monitoring, with time-sensitive items requiring action or approval displayed prominently in the interface.

Financial institutions have the flexibility to opt out of AI features based on their individual policies and preferences.

“Our new interface represents a significant step forward in digital banking for both financial institutions and their account holders,” said Chris Cox, Chief Operating Officer at Apiture. “With its clean layout, intuitive navigation, and AI built directly into the experience, we’re helping community banks and credit unions deliver smarter, more personalized banking — without compromising security, privacy, or flexibility.”

The new UI also features an adaptive layout that is personalized based on an individual’s number and type of accounts. Those with a single account have a simple, streamlined view, while account holders with multiple accounts experience a more robust dashboard tailored to their needs. Consumers and businesses have tremendous flexibility to create a personalized interface optimized for their preferences directly within the online and mobile experience, including the ability to:

  • Organize account views
  • Edit account names
  • Manage and customize widgets
  • Update visual settings

Apiture’s AI-powered user experience is now available to the 250+ banks and credit unions it serves nationwide. The news follows CSI’s acquisition of Apiture in October.  CSI customers can access the Apiture Digital Banking Platform — including its new AI features — via CSI’s open banking platform.

“Apiture’s latest AI-driven enhancements directly reflect the forward-thinking approach that defines our technology strategy at CSI,” said Jeff Brown, vice president of technology strategy and architecture at CSI. “CSI customers can access these advanced digital banking tools , and we’re eager to evolve the combined organization’s capabilities, delivering innovation and choice to financial institutions across the country.”
