Movemint, an embedded finance growth engine for community financial institutions, announced that Kentucky-based Commonwealth Credit Union (“CCU” $2.7 billion in assets and 140,000 members) has added $246.5 million in loan value across more than 25,000 loans powered by Movemint’s platform. Commonwealth CU generated $246M in loan growth with Movemint’s Embedded Finance Platform – sees strong, consistent member response through personalized data-driven campaigns, delivering the right offer to the right member in real-time

Movemint’s platform helps CCU connect engagement to action through personalized digital experiences. Built to support modern consumer expectations, the platform enables the credit union to deepen relationships and increase product adoption across digital channels.

CCU partnered with Movemint to close a growing gap between member expectations and traditional lending processes. The growth targets were ambitious because the credit union’s leadership understood its members expected more from their digital banking experience.

According to Jaynel Christensen, EVP of CCU, members expected seamless, personalized digital experiences, but traditional lending processes were disconnected and cumbersome. “We needed a way to present relevant loan offers [to members] at the right time, without adding unnecessary complexity for our team or friction for our members.”

CCU’s leadership recognized growth would come from making it easier for members to say yes to the products for which they already qualified, and early campaign performance reinforced that approach. Quarterly campaigns keep the offers fresh and relevant, and the team can manage the entire process without significant technical resources.

Christensen said, “As we explored other fintechs, we often referred to Movemint’s approach as the gold standard. Movemint demonstrated how simplifying processes for both credit union members and team members drives growth and enhances the member experience. That principle guides every decision we make – keep it simple, easy, and frictionless.”

Brian Bodell, CEO of Movemint, said, “Commonwealth Credit Union had a strong vision to drive more loan growth. By personalizing offers across digital banking, the platform was able to deliver results quarter after quarter. Movemint’s platform helps convert engagement into measurable action with built-in automation, analytics, and performance visibility. We look forward to working on additional campaigns with Commonwealth.”
