CITCON Achieves Oracle Validated Integration with Xstore Expertise for QR-Based Wallet Payment Solutions

Oracle Partners with CITCON to Enable Acceptance of PayPal, Venmo, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, and Alipay for Xstore Customers

CITCON, a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), announced that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Xstore Expertise for its integration of the CITCON payment gateway solution.

“We’re delighted to be able to enhance Oracle’s POS offerings by providing a plug-and-play way for their customers to accept QR based payments in stores”

This new integration by CITCON helps to quickly and cost-effectively enable Oracle Xstore merchants to accept mobile wallets, including PayPal, Venmo, WeChat Pay and AliPay on existing POS systems. This will enable consumers to pay using contactless technology, a trend that has and will continue to grow rapidly in the coming years. It also enables a critical payment option for certain shopper segments who prefer to use mobile wallets to make payments.

Expertise is a core tenet of the modernized Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) program and allows Oracle partners to highlight their capabilities in a focused area. Ultimately, Expertise is designed to make it easy for customers to identify partners who can deliver quality solutions and minimize risk for their specific needs.

In order to achieve the Oracle Validated Integration with Xstore Expertise, partners like CITCON must meet a series of qualifiers, including demonstrating that the integration performs as documented.

Founded in 2015, CITCON is a leading payment technology company, building a payment infrastructure that enables global merchants to accept payments from billions of mobile wallet consumers through web, mobile and in-store channels around the world. Mobile payment provides a more user-friendly, secure, and safer contactless shopping and payment experience for both consumers and merchants compared to other payment options. CITCON’s secure, scalable and open system allows businesses to quickly and easily accept domestic and international mobile wallets by using a single API suite and an integrated processing and fund settlement platform. Billions of mobile wallet consumers are now able to shop and pay at tens of thousands of merchants, online, mobile and in-store.
