Yooz Expands Procede Integration With Payment Remittance and Warranty Invoice Capabilities

New functionality helps commercial vehicle dealerships connect invoice processing and payments while simplifying warranty invoice workflows

Yooz, an AI-powered finance platform leader, announced expanded capabilities within its integration with Procede Software’s Excede platform, adding payment remittance through YoozPay and support for warranty payments. The new YoozPay capabilities will be included in Procede’s Version 1.1, which Procede has targeted for a Q4 2026 release. The new functionality gives commercial vehicle dealerships a more connected accounts payable process, with greater visibility into payments and less manual work.

The expansion builds on Yooz and Procede’s existing partnership and ongoing work to automate dealership financial operations. The integration enables dealerships to automate accounts payable while maintaining Excede as their system of record, with financial and purchase order data synchronized between the platforms. The latest capabilities extend that connected workflow across more of the invoice-to-payment process.

With YoozPay payment remittance, dealerships can extend their automated workflow from invoice processing and approval through payment. The added functionality addresses a capability customers have requested and gives finance teams greater visibility into payment activity and cash movement as part of a more complete AP process.

“Dealership finance teams shouldn’t have to choose between automation and visibility as an invoice moves through the payment process,” said Laurent Charpentier, CEO of Yooz. “Expanding our integration with Procede gives customers a more connected workflow from invoice through payment, helping finance teams reduce manual work while maintaining greater visibility into cash. It’s another step toward making the entire purchase-to-pay process simpler and more efficient for dealerships.”

The integration will support warranty payments as well. Dealerships performing warranty work typically expect reimbursement from the original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, creating an accounting process tied to the corresponding OEM credit. Support for warranty payments allows dealerships to incorporate this activity into the Yooz and Procede workflow alongside their broader AP operations, helping improve operational efficiency around a process specific to dealership finance.

The new functionality extends the capabilities already available through Yooz’s integration with Procede’s Excede platform, giving dealerships a more connected process for managing invoices, payments and warranty-related transactions.
