Eclipse Bank Selects Lumin Digital to Advance Its Digital Banking Strategy

Lumin Digital, the Compounding Growth Platform for banks and credit unions, announced that Eclipse Bank has selected Lumin as its new digital banking provider. The Louisville, Kentucky-based community bank will use Lumin’s cloud-native platform to deliver a more customized, frictionless digital experience for its retail and commercial banking customers.

The partnership builds on Eclipse Bank’s commitment to providing customized banking solutions and long-term value to its customers. Lumin’s cloud-native platform enables Eclipse to provide its retail and commercial banking customers with a consistent experience across mobile and online banking while maintaining the flexibility to introduce new capabilities, connect additional services, and adapt as customer needs evolve.

“Community and regional banks have always differentiated themselves through the strength of their customer relationships, and digital banking should extend that advantage, not dilute it,” said Kelley Michalik, Chief Growth Officer at Lumin Digital. “We’re proud to partner with Eclipse and look forward to working with the Eclipse team to deepen engagement and drive meaningful results.”

“Eclipse has always focused on providing thoughtful, customized solutions rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach,” said Andrew Pyles, CEO at Eclipse Bank. “We wanted a digital banking partner that would give us that same freedom. Lumin enables us to deliver a more connected, personalized experience, strengthen the relationships at the heart of our bank, and create greater value for our clients.”

Lumin’s platform is designed to deliver increasing value as financial institutions introduce new capabilities and build stronger digital relationships with their customers. The platform combines cloud-native technology, data, and ongoing innovation to help institutions increase engagement, expand relationships, and drive growth across the business. An independent study by S&P Global Market Intelligence found that financial institutions using Lumin achieved a 145% return on investment over five years, with 75% of the value driven by revenue growth.
