Experienced industry veteran joins team to build upon Ignite’s rapid growth
Ignite Sales, Inc., the financial industry leader in customer engagement technology, announced Juan Sistachs is its new Executive Vice President, Financial Institutions. In this role, Sistachs will be responsible for growing sales through an expanding direct sales force and continuing to build powerful partnerships with leading fintech companies and associations.

Sistachs has more than 30 years of industry experience helping companies increase revenue while improving operational excellence and the customer experience. Prior to joining Ignite, Sistachs was President at Sageworks where he led the company to annual double-digit growth before the company was acquired. Sistachs also founded and later sold Backroom Enterprises Inc., a risk management software company that helped financial institutions reduce exposure to transaction fraud. As CEO, he transformed the startup into a high-growth technology firm with clients representing the top 100 banks in the U.S. and internationally in Europe, Australia and South Africa.
