Experienced industry veteran joins team to build upon Ignite’s rapid growth
Ignite Sales, Inc., the financial industry leader in customer engagement technology, announced Juan Sistachs is its new Executive Vice President, Financial Institutions. In this role, Sistachs will be responsible for growing sales through an expanding direct sales force and continuing to build powerful partnerships with leading fintech companies and associations.
Sistachs has more than 30 years of industry experience helping companies increase revenue while improving operational excellence and the customer experience. Prior to joining Ignite, Sistachs was President at Sageworks where he led the company to annual double-digit growth before the company was acquired. Sistachs also founded and later sold Backroom Enterprises Inc., a risk management software company that helped financial institutions reduce exposure to transaction fraud. As CEO, he transformed the startup into a high-growth technology firm with clients representing the top 100 banks in the U.S. and internationally in Europe, Australia and South Africa.
“What intrigued me most about Ignite Sales was its dynamic banking solution that provides a quick return on investment for banks and credit unions,” said Sistachs. “Customer attrition is a significant issue troubling banks, and Ignite has a solution that solves this problem by guiding conversations through their patented AI platform. I am excited about the team and look forward to continuing to make strides in helping banks and credit unions initiate and have conversations that make a difference in the consumer’s life, as well as the banker’s.“
“Juan has proven, invaluable experience growing sales for technology companies,” said George Noga, CEO of Ignite Sales. “His ability to focus on helping clients be successful is a perfect match for our culture and will be foundational to our continued rapid growth. We are pleased to welcome Juan to the team and we look forward to seeing the significant impact he will have on Ignite’s growth and business development.”
