Oakworth Capital Bank Welcomes Harrison Lord and Andrew Giraldo to Charlotte Market Board

Oakworth Capital Bank is pleased to announce that Harrison Lord, attorney and managing member of Lord & Lindley, and Andrew Giraldo, president and chief financial officer of NARENCO, have joined its Charlotte Market Board.

Lord is a trial attorney with extensive experience in fiduciary and commercial litigation, representing clients in complex disputes involving closely held businesses, trusts and estates and shareholder matters. He has tried cases before judges and juries across North Carolina and is recognized for his work in commercial litigation by Chambers USA, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and Legal 500.

“I’ve worked with both national and community banks throughout my career, but the difference with a local bank is the relationship,” said Lord. “You’re working with people who know you, understand your business and are focused on finding solutions that actually fit your needs. It’s the people, it’s the culture, it’s what Charlotte needs and it’s what Oakworth brings.”

Oakworth’s values align with those I believe are essential to building a successful business, and I’m excited to support the bank’s continued growth in the Charlotte market.”

“We are pleased to welcome both Harrison and Andrew to the Charlotte Market Board,” said Tim Beck, managing director and Charlotte market leader for Oakworth Capital Bank. “Their experience and perspective will be valuable as we continue to grow in this market.”

Lord earned his juris doctor with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Giraldo holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Transylvania University and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Michigan.
