More than Three-Quarters of a Million Users Move onto Lumin Digital Platform in Latest Wave of Launches

Seven Financial Institutions went live in just over four months, spanning 19 platform modules, three core systems, and two mergers

Lumin Digital, the Compounding Growth Platform for banks and credit unions, announced seven of its latest client go-lives, bringing nearly one million users onto its cloud-native platform. Together, the seven on-time, on-budget go-lives represent 19 platform modules across three core platforms, with two of the financial institutions moving to Lumin in the middle of a merger.

The implementations spanned consumer and business banking, digital account opening, payments, fraud protection, and analytics. Several also occurred alongside broader organizational and technological changes, including mergers and the consolidation of multiple incumbent systems. Across the seven institutions, Lumin teams coordinated platform conversion, integrations, data migration, and launch readiness, while clients continued to serve customers and members throughout the process. Those core environments included Symitar, Corelation Keystone, and Fiserv DNA, underscoring Lumin’s ability to integrate consistently across different core systems.

“These launches show the range and velocity of work our teams are delivering for clients,” said Lisa Daniels, chief operating officer at Lumin Digital. “Some institutions were consolidating multiple systems, while others were expanding the digital experience at the same time. In every case, the focus was on executing the transition well and giving each institution a platform that will drive compounding results long after go-live.”

The launches include Freedom Credit Union in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Premier America Credit Union in Chatsworth, California; Wings Credit Union (formerly Ent) in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Neighbors Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Point Breeze Credit Union in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Two of the institutions completed their move to Lumin while navigating an active merger, adding another layer of complexity to the implementation process.

The latest go-lives add to Lumin’s growing base of banks and credit unions running on the platform and extend the range of digital experiences those institutions can support after launch.
