Thredd and NXTMOVES partnership brings together the technology, infrastructure, operational support and program expertise companies need to turn a credit proposition into a live, scalable program.

Beginning in the United States, with plans to expand into additional geographies over time, the partnership brings together the technology, infrastructure, operational support, and program expertise companies need to turn a credit proposition into a live, scalable program.

Launching a credit program requires significantly more than connecting to an issuer processor. Companies must navigate sponsor bank relationships and due diligence, establish compliant operating processes, secure access to credit facilities, coordinate multiple vendors and put the infrastructure in place to service a program long after the first card is issued.

For companies entering credit for the first time, or those without large internal payments and program management teams, bringing those pieces together can add significant complexity between product vision and launch. Through the partnership, Thredd and NXTMOVES aim to change that.

“Great credit propositions can stall because the technology is only one part of what it takes to get a program into market,” said Kevin Fox, Chief Revenue Officer at Thredd. “Clients may have the vision and customer experience mapped out, but they still have to bring together many pieces into a program that works as one. By partnering with NXTMOVES, we can give clients a much more coordinated path from idea through launch and ongoing management, while allowing them to stay focused on building the products and experiences that differentiate their business.”

“Companies should be able to build a differentiated credit product without first becoming experts in every operational and regulatory layer behind it,” said Steve Nigri, Co-Founder of NXTMOVES. “Launching a successful credit program requires more than great technology—it requires banking relationships, compliance, operations, funding, and processing to work together as one. NXTMOVES was built to coordinate that ecosystem, and our partnership with Thredd combines that operating model with one of the industry’s leading issuer processing platforms. Together, we’re giving organizations a faster, more coordinated path from idea to launch—and the foundation to scale with confidence.”

The collaboration is particularly focused on businesses that see credit as an opportunity for growth but may not have the internal resources, specialist expertise or established financial services relationships required to assemble a complete card program independently. Thredd and NXTMOVES are already collaborating to support shared clients with this coordinated end-to-end proposition.
