Businesses using both platforms will be able to view payments and raise invoices directly from records in Copper. This integration introduces the first omni channel invoice and payment management solution that is automatically updated in a CRM whether businesses are supporting their clients online or in person. Customers of both platforms may also opt for a free, 60-minute setup and training session through Copper integration partner White Stratus.

“Our customers are prioritizing cash flow right now,” said Copper VP Partnerships, Olga Lykova. “We wanted to make it as easy as possible to manage the entire customer relationship, including its financial health, directly within Copper. Integrating with Square has allowed us to support critical cash flow considerations.”

Pankaj Bengani, head of global partnerships at Square said: “We’re pleased to help provide businesses with a holistic view of the customer relationship by leveraging Square’s Invoices API and Copper’s best-in-class CRM features.

More complex features including recurring payments and automated workflows can be accommodated with custom integration support provided by White Stratus for a fee.
