Carla Goshn is the Head of Emerging Fintech at Visa. Visa is a fintech company that enables its customers to use digital currencies via credit card, debit card, and prepaid cards. Carla joined Visa in 2015 as a head of business development in strategic parterships. In 2017, she started collaborating with emerging Fintech companies to introduce to the latest solutions offered by Visa. Carla has held multiple sales and business leadership roles in companies like Salesforce, CipherCloud, Marvell Semiconductor, and Sun Microsystems. She is also the CEO and Founder of MyCaal.com, a company that is reinventing the retail mortgage sector. Carla holds a B.S in computer engineering from the Southern Methodist University and an MBA in business administration from Wharton.

Carey has worked with well-known companies like PayPal where she held various executive positions for 12 years, and at Citi FinTech as Chief Product Officer at from 2015-2019. Given her influence in the field of Fintech, she has also been a TEDx speaker and spoken on the topic – future of money and fraud and has given several keynote speeches at international conferences. Diana Biggs is the Global Head of Innovation, Private Banking at HSBC. Given her extensive background in financial technology, Diana is an expert in blockchain and fintech. Her role at HSBC is responsible for innovations in HSBCs private banking and leading fintech partnerships, focusing on emerging technologies to help modernize banking infrastructure and legacy models, among other responsibilities. Prior to joining Fiserv, some of Kim’s experience consists of being the CEO of Worldpay US and President of Global Business Travel and Merchant Services Americas for American Express, and leadership roles at Dell Inc, among others. In 2019, Kim was also named one of the Most Powerful Women in Corporate America by Black Enterprise magazine and is known to be one of the most influential African American female executives in the nation.
