David brings more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, corporate finance, and scaling high-growth technology businesses. He most recently served as CFO of global payments infrastructure provider Nuvei Corporation. Since joining Nuvei in 2018, David has played a key role in driving its global transformation — guiding the business through rapid international expansion, multiple transformational acquisitions, its initial public offering, and its subsequent take-private transaction.
