Growing SaaS financial planning and analysis software company expands executive team with the addition of a SaaS product engineering veteran to oversee global product direction

Growing financial planning and analysis SaaS company Stella Financial Solutions expands its executive talent with the hiring of Jason Rimmer as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Mr. Rimmer is a seasoned cloud product strategist and application architect with over 20 years of experience scaling and growing financial products for fast-growing companies and large enterprises.

As CPO at Stella, Mr. Rimmer will be responsible for the product direction of Stella’s flagship SaaS platform as the company seeks to capitalize on the growing demand for financial forecasting solutions that drive effective decision making, planning, and risk management. He will also lead Stella’s internal technology roadmap, overseeing Technical Operations, Engineering, IT, and Governance, reporting to CEO Joe Carliner.

Mr. Rimmer comes to Stella with experience building, transforming, and operating Fintech SaaS cloud software businesses with ownership of product strategy, product development, cloud transformation, and operations. He was previously an Engineering Director at BlackLine, where he led product development for all of BlackLine’s applications with mission-critical responsibilities for data management and cybersecurity.
