VIP Software, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for billing, expense management and analytics in the insurance industry, today announced its acquisition of DCS Trax, the flagship Claims Management System (CMS) from Davis Claim Services, Inc.

DCS Trax has been in production for over 15 years and is trusted for its reliability and deep alignment with real-world claims workflows. Its addition to VIP’s platform underscores the company’s commitment to helping the industry evolve through technology—consolidating tools, eliminating manual friction and driving cost-effective results at scale.
As an early adopter of VIP Software, Davis Claim Services brings a long-standing relationship to this transition. Its leadership will remain actively engaged as part of VIP’s Client Advisory Board to ensure a seamless and impactful rollout. A beta and full production deployment of the enhanced CMS will begin with Davis Claim Services with broader availability expected by Q2 2026.
A new brand identity for the VIP CMS product will be unveiled later this year.
