The FintechWise Stage will bring together top industry experts in a series of panels and fireside talks. Among the growing list of speakers are CEOs of some of the world‘s top Fintech and investment organisations.
First to be announced is Nishil Parekh, Senior Product Owner at Revolut, who will be exploring the democratisation of financial services. Since launching in 2015, Revolut is now one of the biggest Fintech communities in the world, with over 10 million customers. He will be joined by Peter O’Higgins, CFO & COO of MoneyDashboard. MoneyDashboard is one of the UK’s leading personal finance management apps and has helped over 200,000 consumers achieve their financial goals. Peter will be discussing the Open Data revolution.
Also speaking will be Daniel Hardy, Head of Fundraising at Crowdcube. He will be delving into “What you need to know to invest in startups through equity crowdfunding”. Since Crowdcube was founded in 2011, it has helped raise funds for over 1000 campaigns, with over £800 million having been invested on the platform. In addition, Tim Levene, CEO of Augmentum Fintech, will be discussing how to invest like a venture capitalist. Augmentum Fintech is the UK’s only publicly listed investment company focusing on the Fintech sector in the UK and wider Europe.
