Each year, hundreds of financial services organizations submit nominations to achieve recognition as a BAI Global Innovation Award finalist or winner. The program is a year-round community and content platform that recognizes the industry’s most innovative products, services, business processes and organizations that positively impact customer experience, efficiency and profitability. Past winners have included Citi, RBC, CaixaBank, Fifth Third Bank, USAA and more. BAI has selected a panel of leading industry innovators from all over the world to serve as judges for the 2020 awards.
