Hotel One Sixty-Six required a PMS that offered the simplicity of a SaaS solution with the ability to improve the guest journey throughout the property. Agilysys’ innovative cloud-based PMS, rGuest Stay, brings an easy to use browser-based UI and robust guest-centric capabilities, delivering fast time to value and a superior guest experience. The property offers 216 newly renovated over-sized guestrooms and suites, and over 2,700 SF of meeting and event space.
