Vantage founder Matthew Pietzak and team are now part of Verdence, which expands its presence with first office in Florida
Verdence Capital Advisors, a leading private wealth advisory firm, is announcing that it has acquired Vantage Private Wealth, a Naples, FL-based wealth management firm catapulting Verdence to over $3.4B in assets under management.
“As we continue to build and grow, we will also continue to ensure we’re adding people of the highest levels of integrity and experience, all working together on behalf of our clients.”
Vantage founder Matthew Pietzak, CFP, and the Vantage team will now operate under the Verdence brand and give Verdence its first office in Florida, which is one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in the country for wealth management and planning services.

“Matt and his team share our passion for independence and have built an impressive practice since opening their doors six years ago to cater to the very specific needs of South Florida’s high net worth individuals and families. When we first met Matt, it quickly became apparent that what he was building in Vantage and his client-first philosophy were a perfect fit with the Verdence ethos,” said Leo Kelly, Founder, CEO & Partner with Verdence. “I am thrilled to welcome Matt to our team and to have the chance to tell the Verdence story in the Naples marketplace and beyond.”
Pietzak founded Vantage in 2017 after nearly two decades as a financial advisor and private banker. Prior to opening the doors of Vantage, Matthew served as SVP, Senior Relationship Strategist at PNC Wealth Management and Senior Private Banker at Wells Fargo Private Bank. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Pietzak founded Vantage with the aim of providing Naples’ affluent individuals and families with the highest level of service and advice.

“Wealthy individuals and families benefit most when they have access to a full range of unbiased service offerings, experienced insights, customized financial planning approaches and more; and not only do the Verdence founders and I share the same drive to exceed all of our clients’ expectations, they have also built a robust selection of solutions that would have taken me years to craft on my own. Now, my clients are completely plugged in to all that Verdence has to offer, and I could not be more excited about everything we’re going to accomplish together,” added Pietzak.
The acquisition of Vantage Private Wealth is the latest addition to Verdence’s impressive roster of investment and advisory personnel, and closely follows the news of Mark Amberg, CFP, having joined the firm’s Alexandria, VA office as a Private Wealth Advisor after spending more than a decade with Merrill Lynch.
“Talent and teamwork is a powerful combination,” added Kelly. “As we continue to build and grow, we will also continue to ensure we’re adding people of the highest levels of integrity and experience, all working together on behalf of our clients.”
