Corgi, an AI-native insurance carrier built for high-growth companies, announced the hiring of Stuart Wilkinson as the company’s newest government affairs leader. Wilkinson brings more than 15 years of government affairs, legislative strategy, and regulatory experience across multiple states to Corgi as the company continues expanding its insurance platform and footprint.
Wilkinson has held senior roles in Georgia state government, including serving as Deputy Director of External Affairs in the Office of Governor Brian P. Kemp and Deputy Director of Transition for the Georgians First Committee. He previously served as a Vice President at McGuireWoods Consulting, where he represented corporate and nonprofit clients navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments.

Most recently, Wilkinson served as Director of Government Affairs at PrizePicks, where he worked across regulatory and legislative issues during a period of significant growth for the company.
At Corgi, Wilkinson will help guide the company’s government affairs strategy as it expands its insurance products, enters new markets, and works with regulators and policymakers across the country.

Wilkinson also serves on the Honorary Board of Directors of Special Olympics Georgia. He has also been named a Top Georgia Lobbyist by JAMES Magazine every year from 2021 through 2026, recognizing his work in government affairs and legislative strategy.
Wilkinson’s addition comes as Corgi continues building out its full-stack insurance infrastructure, expanding its product portfolio, and entering new markets across the United States.
