Slice Adds First Connect for Small Business Insurance Distribution

Slice Labs Inc. (Slice), a technology company with the first on-demand insurance platform and products to protect small businesses, has partnered with First Connect Insurance Services. First Connect is an insurtech platform for independent agents and an operating subsidiary of Hippo Holdings Inc., and they have made Slice’s Contractors General Liability (CGL) small business insurance available to their large network of independent agents.

Agents working with First Connect can quote and bind Slice’s CGL insurance in under five minutes, all online. Slice’s CGL insurance has proved extremely popular for hard to place classes, as well as for its user-friendly interface.

Coverage is available for two of Slice’s Contractors General Liability products – a specialty E&S offering backed by Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), and an RRG offering backed by American Builders Insurance Company (ABIC)
