USAA will be among the first companies utilizing EIS’s eHealth Link powered by SEQSTER to expedite the retrieval of member eHealth data and further automate its underwriting process. USAA can now access all of the services available from EIS. From document scanning to optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning (ML) capabilities, USAA can increase their productivity and accuracy with minimal user effort. The EIS solution also allows for remote capture and self-service capabilities, allowing applicants to securely and seamlessly access their eHealth data.
