Charger Investment Partners Expands Team with Key Hires in Investments and Operations

Charger Investment Partners, a middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has made three new hires to further expand its team.

Karen Parks has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Ms. Parks will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and leading investments, as well as supporting the portfolio and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.

Ms. Parks brings over 15 years of private equity and M&A experience and was most recently a Principal at Gallant Capital. Prior to Gallant, she was a member of the investment team at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners for approximately 10 years and a member of Citi’s investment banking group. She has supported the growth and capital needs of numerous companies primarily across the consumer and business services sectors.

In addition to this key senior hire, Charger has also expanded its team by welcoming Audrey Chambers as a new Associate to the Investment team and Yoni Sassoon as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to Charger, Audrey was a professional at Bain & Company and Yoni held Vice President of Finance roles at private equity firms OpenGate Capital and Avante Capital Partners. These additions further strengthen Charger’s capabilities and position the firm for continued success.
