CLARUS Merchant Services, a leading payment service provider, announced the appointment of Bryan Pham as Vice President of Investor Relations. Pham will be based out of the company’s national headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD.

Pham brings to CLARUS a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development at Ardenton Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market businesses. In his new role, Pham will be tasked with leading investor relations for CLARUS. Pham will report to Jonathan Turner, CIO of CLARUS Merchant Services.
“As CLARUS continues to grow its alternative investment offerings, Bryan is a great addition to the team. Bryan brings to CLARUS his national network of institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, alternative asset managers, HNWI’s, C-Level Executives and entrepreneurs,” Turner said in the release. “With 2020 being a huge year for both CLARUS and its investors, we look to the future as we continue to acquire additional merchant portfolios and expand our investment offerings.”
Bryan’s experience as an Investment Associate at an alternative investments platform has helped him gain a wealth of knowledge in private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, private credit and the RIA channel. Prior to that, he was a Wealth Management Associate at JP Morgan Securities in Philadelphia. Bryan started his career as an Analyst at JP Morgan, in New York City and Newark, Delaware.

Pham attended the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing. Outside of CLARUS you can find him on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, and watching the New York Giants.
