Mr. Donofrio will work closely with the firm’s six founding partners as part of Dextra’s integrated investment team. He previously spent nine years in ascending roles across multiple strategies at Churchill Asset Management, most recently serving as Vice President in the Private Equity and Junior Capital group. Prior to Churchill, Mr. Donofrio was an Analyst at Manulife Investment Management.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tyler to Dextra,” said Dextra’s founding partners. “Over a decade of middle market experience spanning multiple roles has given him a rare fluency across the full private equity toolkit – a natural fit for our integrated investment team. He will be a valuable addition as we continue to build.”

“Dextra brings together a cycle-tested investment team, a disciplined business model, and strong alignment with the investors we serve,” Donofrio said. “The firm’s deep, long-standing relationships with top-tier middle market sponsors are a genuine differentiator, and I look forward to helping deepen those partnerships as the firm enters its next chapter of growth.”

“Few professionals at Tyler’s stage have his combination of investment experience and perspective on building a durable private markets platform,” added Dextra’s founding partners. “We’re excited to draw on that perspective as we strive to provide best-in-class outcomes and operations for investors.”
