Mobileum Receives a Strategic Investment From H.I.G. Technology Partners

Mobileum Inc. (“Mobileum” or the “Company”), a leading global provider of telecom analytics solutions, is pleased to announce that H.I.G. Capital (“H.I.G.”), a leading global alternative investment firm with over $47 billion of equity capital under management, has entered into a definitive agreement through an affiliate of H.I.G. Technology Partners (“HTP”) to make a strategic investment in the Company, to help accelerate technology investments and growth enabled by the roll-out of 5G technologies and private networks across the world. Following the transaction, H.I.G. will be the majority owner of Mobileum alongside previous owner Audax, which will retain a minority stake. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals. Terms were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Cupertino, CA, Mobileum is a leading global software provider of mission-critical solutions that allow communications service providers to manage increasingly complex networks.
