ALA’s VIP Program provides ALA members with exclusive access to services and discounts from nationally known companies in solution categories like cybersecurity, technology consulting, office products and online payment processing. The new agreement signed between ALA and LawPay is the first solution category exclusivity agreement the association has ever reached, making LawPay the only payment solution vetted, approved and offered through the ALA’s VIP Program.
“ALA is excited to have LawPay as our first exclusive partner in a category,” said April Campbell, Interim Executive Director of ALA. “They’ve been a long-time partner with ALA and we look forward to them continuing as one of our VIP business partners and allies.”
LawPay’s payment platform was developed specifically for lawyers with the input of state bars and their ethics committees to ensure earned and unearned legal fees are properly separated and trust accounts are protected against any third-party debiting. LawPay has more than 50 integrations powering payments for some of the largest law firms in the United States and Canada.
“We’ve had the pleasure of working with ALA for years, and we are so excited about our new partnership,” said Melissa Chambers, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at LawPay. “We look forward to seeing how this agreement can help ALA grow their membership and provide a value-added benefit for their members.”
