Before BFS Capital, Ng was head of BlackBerry’s global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships as Senior Director, Global Alliances and Business Development. BlackBerry’s global ISV partner ecosystem was integral to transforming BlackBerry’s enterprise software business, and Ng created new enterprise software revenue streams by launching BlackBerry’s ISV Affiliate program and expanding BlackBerry’s ISV ecosystem to over 120 partners globally in less than three years. Ng was also instrumental in creating the BlackBerry World mobile app store ecosystem from the ground up through strategic partnerships with leading brands in key categories to power the launch of the Blackberry 10 platform. He joined Blackberry after it acquired award-winning software developer Viigo, which was one of the most popular BlackBerry apps of all time. At Viigo, he was Vice President of Sales and Services.

“I’m excited to accept the role as Chief Revenue Officer. This will be the third opportunity I’ve had to work with Mark Ruddock, who is truly a transformational leader,” Ng said. “Having built an app ecosystem from scratch, I see a similar opportunity to create one for the small business owner. I’m looking forward to bringing my extensive global partnership experience and passion for startups to BFS Capital to help grow and diversify sales channels. The BFS Capital platform, combined with a robust partner ecosystem, will unlock exciting new financial products and services for underserved small businesses and drive an unparalleled customer experience.”
