The integration, EBizCharge for Salesforce, lets merchants run transactions, send email payment reminders to customers, automate payment collections, and more—right within Salesforce. It also allows users take payments on any Salesforce object or in the EBizCharge app itself. EBizCharge requires no development and is native to the Salesforce software. The application stores customer payment information off-site in a PCI compliant manner, which eliminates double data entry on repeat orders.

EBizCharge comes with complimentary access to an online payment portal, which allows companies to upload invoices for their customers to pay off from their own smart devices.

“The payment portal offers significant value to companies who are spending their time tracking down unpaid invoices. It’s a great asset for stabilizing cash flow, which is a top priority for businesses right now,” said VP of Sales Scott McEwing.

The online portal sends email notifications to customers to remind them of upcoming payment deadlines. The portal can be branded with a seller’s colors and logo, creating a seamless payment experience for customers.

The EBizCharge for Salesforce payment integration will help streamline workflow, eliminate double data entry, and make payment processing more efficient within Salesforce.
