David is an experienced regulator for the financial services sector. He brings over 15 years of cybersecurity, risk assessment & management and IT security experience. As the CISO & Global Partner of Cloud Security Services at IBM, David took global responsibility for all aspects of cloud security practices, and was part of the team that introduced the first financial services blockchain initiative utilizing public cloud supported by several major international banks.
