KKR to Acquire Ness Digital Engineering

KKR, a leading global investment firm, announced the signing of definitive agreements under which KKR will acquire 100% of Ness Digital Engineering, a global full-lifecycle digital services transformation company, from The Rohatyn Group (“TRG”).
