BTIG Expands Investment Banking Coverage with Managing Director, Housing Ecosystem Specialist Jack Micenko

BTIG announced that Jack Micenko has joined its Investment Banking unit as a Managing Director and Senior Housing Ecosystem Specialist. At BTIG, Mr. Micenko will focus on investment banking opportunities for corporate clients across all aspects of the residential housing ecosystem including mortgage tech, proptech, homebuilding, mortgage originators and servicers, mortgage and title insurance providers as well as residential brokerages. In his new role, he will be based in BTIG’s New York office, and report to Matt Clark, Managing Director and Head of BTIG Investment Banking.

We believe that his relationships with established and emerging company management teams will be enormously valuable as we help clients originate transactions and capitalize on key market opportunities.”

Mr. Micenko has more than 25 years of real estate and mortgage finance industry experience. Prior to BTIG, he was Senior Equity Analyst and Deputy Director of Research at Susquehanna International Group, where he spent 17 years in several senior research roles. Previously, Mr. Micenko was a Vice President within Research at Lehman Brothers, and a member of their Institutional Investor-ranked mortgage finance research team. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President within Research at FBR. In 2018, Mr. Micenko was named a Top Stock Picker by the Refinitiv Analyst Awards for research coverage of household durables.
