Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp.(“Blockchain”) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “BMAQU” beginning on October 19, 2021. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, one redeemable warrant to purchase one-half share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of a share of common stock upon completion of the initial business
combination. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of common stock, rights and warrants are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “BMAQ”, “BMAQR and “BMAQW,” respectively. The offering is expected to close on October 21, 2021.

Chardan Capital Markets LLC is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering. Blockchain has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
