“Ray’s track record speaks for itself, and we’re thrilled to have him leading our Board,” said Diego Vazquez, Chief Executive Officer of Harlow Payments. “He built EVO Payments from the ground up into a global powerhouse, and he understands firsthand what it takes to scale a payments business in a competitive market. Having him in our corner as we grow Harlow’s offerings and deepen our merchant relationships is an incredible asset.”
Sidhom is a longtime payments executive and entrepreneur best known as the founder of EVO Payments, which grew into one of the world’s largest payment technology companies before being acquired by Global Payments in a $4 billion transaction in 2022. Throughout his career, Sidhom has helped build and scale payments businesses serving merchants across a wide range of industries and geographies.
Sidhom’s involvement with Harlow predates today’s announcement — he played a central role in the company’s acquisition of PayFactory, which enables software companies and independent software vendors (ISVs) to embed payments directly into their products, and he has been a driving force behind Harlow’s rapid international expansion.
“What drew me to Harlow is the team’s genuine commitment to the merchant relationship, which has too often been treated as an afterthought,” said Sidhom. “Diego and the Harlow leadership team are building products that can help independent businesses access the kind of payments infrastructure that was previously out of reach. It’s exactly the kind of work I want to be part of.”
Harlow Payments provides payment processing solutions designed to help businesses operate more efficiently through transparent pricing, personalized service, and modern financial technology. The company serves merchants across a range of industries, including retail, hospitality, food service, and professional services.
