“Heather’s experience helping financial institutions turn customer data into proven growth will strengthen how we deliver results, from stronger campaign performance to deeper relationships.” — Keith Henkel, founder and CEO, FI Works

“FI Works was built on the idea that community banks and credit unions deserve the same data-driven advantages as the country’s largest institutions,” said Keith Henkel, founder and CEO of FI Works. “Heather’s experience helping financial institutions turn customer data into proven growth will strengthen how we deliver results for our clients and their customers, from stronger campaign performance to innovation to deeper relationships.”

Bonaventura brings more than 27 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience partnering with community banks, regional banks, credit unions, and fintech companies on strategies to grow deposits, expand loan portfolios, and deepen customer relationships. That experience lines up closely with what FI Works already delivers for its clients: an average 25 percent lift in campaign response, $25 million in new deposit accounts generated, and a 23 percent reduction in attrition. Reporting to Henkel, Bonaventura will focus on connecting more financial institutions with those results as FI Works grows its sales organization.

“Banks and credit unions don’t lack good customers, they lack the tools to see who those customers are and what they need next,” said Bonaventura. “That’s exactly the gap FI Works closes. I’m looking forward to helping more institutions put their data to work and compete with confidence.”
